WHAT FLAVOR IS YOUR FROSTING?
Our classic buttercream frosting comes in a cream cheese flavor and is made with butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese icing flavor, and food coloring.
WHAT GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR DO YOU USE?
We currently use Bob's Red Mill 1:1 gluten-free flour in all of our cupcakes.
DO YOU ADD ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS BESIDES WHAT IS LISTED ABOVE?
Sometimes we add Snyder's gluten-free pretzel sticks, Glutino gluten-free pretzel sticks, or Schär gluten-free honeygrams. If you do not want these used in your design, please mention that in the comments section of your order request.
