We are located in West Jordan, UT.
WHAT CUPCAKE FLAVORS DO YOU OFFER?
We currently offer Red Velvet, Vanilla, Chocolate, and Carrot Cake cupcakes. Ingredients for each cupcake are listed on our ingredients page and we recommend reviewing these before ordering.
WHAT FLAVOR IS YOUR FROSTING?
Our classic buttercream frosting comes in a cream cheese flavor and is made with butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese icing flavor, and food coloring.
WHAT GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR DO YOU USE?
We currently use Bob's Red Mill 1:1 gluten-free flour in all of our cupcakes.
DO YOU ADD ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS BESIDES THE CAKE AND FROSTING INGREDIENTS?
Sometimes we add Snyder's gluten-free pretzel sticks, Glutino gluten-free pretzel sticks, or Schär gluten-free honeygrams. If you do not want these used in your design, please mention that in the comments section of your order request.
HOW BIG ARE YOUR CUPCAKES?
Our cupcakes are taller than a standard cupcake, but smaller than a jumbo cupcake or muffin. We find this size provides the best cake to frosting ratio and it is the only size we currently offer.
HOW DO I REMOVE A CUPCAKE FROM A BOUQCAKE?
We recommend lifting cupcakes by the paper liner with both hands. We do not recommend pulling the bouqcake cups apart as the structure could tip over.
DO THESE CUPCAKES HAVE TO BE REFRIGERATED?
These cupcakes are made with shelf-stable ingredients and can be left out in a cool, dry place for up to 3 days. If refrigerating, we recommend letting them come to room temperature before enjoying! (However, please ensure your bouqcake is properly enclosed, usually with additional plastic wrap, when refrigerating to prevent it from drying out.) HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, complete an order request form. Let us know how many cupcakes you'd like to order, along with cupcake flavors, color schemes, and any requested flowers. We will reach out to you to finalize details and confirm your order.
NOTE: We require 4 full days' notice for all orders, but request 7–10 days' notice for orders of 12 cupcakes or more. If you are under this time threshold, please still reach out! We cannot guarantee to meet your deadline, but are happy to work with you.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
We offer delivery for an additional fee depending on the delivery distance from West Jordan, UT.
ARE THESE CUPCAKES SAFE FOR SOMEONE WITH CELIAC?
While The Bouqcakery's cupcakes are made with gluten-free ingredients, the kitchen itself is not 100% gluten free and has both a shared oven and shared dishwasher. We take numerous precautions to prevent possible cross-contamination, but as our facility is not dedicated, we recommend those who are celiac or are sensitive to gluten exercise caution when ordering and request additional information to better determine the risk.
DO YOU HAVE VEGAN OR DAIRY-FREE OPTIONS?
At this time, we do not have vegan or dairy-free options.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SAMPLES?
Due to the time spent on each cupcake, we do not offer free samples at this time.
HAS YOUR KITCHEN BEEN INSPECTED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT?
According to the Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act, The Bouqcakery is not subject to inspections via the Salt Lake County Health Department. However, we take numerous steps to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
DO YOU HAVE A FOOD HANDLER'S PERMIT?
Yes, Kristen, the owner of The Bouqcakery, maintains a current food handler's permit.
DO YOU SHIP BOUQCAKES?
Based on the current laws we operate under, The Bouqcakery does not offer shipping. We offer local pickup and delivery for a fee.
